Horse Movers - Loyalty Terms and Conditions

Every 100 miles paid for when hiring a lorry you receive 1 free mile.
The free miles can only be used when you have accrued a minimum of 50 miles.
Free miles or Free trailer days cannot be used during peak season weekends, bank holidays or when a major local horse show or event is on.
Trailer hirers receive 1 Free day for every 20 full days of hire which have been paid for.
At least 28 days notice must be given when booking a lorry or trailer when using free horse miles or trailer days.
Horse Mover Ltd reserve the right to withdraw this loyalty scheme without notice.
If the scheme is withdraw or suspended no cash equivalent will be paid for any outstanding free miles.
Free Horse Miles or Free Trailer Days are not transferable and have no financial value.
The Free Horse Miles or Free trailer days Loyalty card must be present for signing on the day the vehicle or trailer is returned at the end of the hire period.
When using the free miles or trailer days the original Loyalty Card must be produced at the time of booking.
Loss of loyalty card will result in the loss of entitlement of either free miles or free days without any form of compensation.
Horse Mover Ltd reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
The Special Offer for 2008 of 5p per mile discount excludes Organised Hacks.
The Special Offer for 2008 of 5p per mile discount cannot be used in conjuction with any other special offers or discounted prices.
