3.5 Tonne 2 Horse Horsebox Prices The cost to hire this lorry for self drive is as follows:
Booking Deposit To secure the horsebox a £100 booking deposit is required. If the booking is for just one a day then the full amount will be taken at the time of booking. The balance for the hire charges will be taken 14 days prior to collection of the horsebox, if the booking is made within 14 days of the collection date then the whole amount of the hire fee will be charged at the time of booking. Damage & Loss Deposit The day prior to collection a £500 Damage and Loss Deposit is secured, as a defered payment, against a credit card. The £500 Damage & Loss Deposit is returned in full as long as the vehicle is returned without any damage and in clean condition. See Terms and Conditions Payments We accept Credit or Debit cards or electronic transfer (contact us for bank account details). Please Note the Damage and Loss Deposit must be paid using a credit card or debet card Damage or Breakages Please be aware that any damage or breakages however caused to any fixtures or fittings, equipment will be charged at the full replacement cost. Loss of Use If the damage caused stops the horsebox from being hired to other clients or results in cancellations then the full charge of these cancellations and any loss of income will be charged. Cancellation 14 days or more notice full deposit will be returned less £25 handling fee. Less than 14 days notice of cancellation then the deposit is forfeited. 24 hours or less prior to the first day of hire then the full amount of the contract will be charged. Regular Journeys If you have a regular requirement for transport then we are happy to discuss your needs and quote for the work. Restrictions Due to insurance restriction you must hold a Full British Driving Licence for at least 2 years with less than 6 minor points, between 25 and 75 years old, have no criminal convictions relating to drink driving or drug abuse.
